You will be responsible for integration of Corwyn services to client platforms, providing technical support and advice to customers, and performing technical and operational coordination between the customers and different teams in the company.\nMain Responsibilities\nIntegrate and support Corwyn sportsbook products on customers’ platforms, following established processes.\nWork closely with customers’ IT departments and internal product, development, and sales teams, with the aim of integrating new or supporting existing customers of the company.\nCommunicate directly with international B2B customers.\nHandle multiple customers at different locations.\nTake ownership of, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.\nRequirements\nKnowledge of Sports Betting industry and proficiency of how sportsbook products work.\nTechnical education OR adequate experience.\nProficient use of the English language.
