You will be expected to code regularly, own solutions end-to-end, build POCs, drive technical design, review critical code, and help raise the engineering bar across the team.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and build scalable, secure backend systems using C# /. NET.\nOwn features from problem definition and architecture through coding and production delivery.\nUse AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.\nDefine the right context, constraints, tests and guardrails around AI-generated code.\nBuild POCs and evaluate technical approaches before scaling them into production.\nDrive system design, API design, data modelling and integration decisions.\nReview code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.\nBuild automated tests, observability and validation into the development lifecycle.\nMentor engineers through technical reviews, pairing and architecture discussions.\nIdentify opportunities to create reusable engineering patterns, automation, agents or developer tooling.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.\nStrong hands-on expertise in C# and. NET /.
