From scheduling interviews to coordinating offers, you'll ensure every candidate feels informed, welcomed, and cared for.\n\nRun world-class interview operations\nCoordinate complex interview schedules across executives, hiring managers, and candidates while balancing speed, quality, and candidate preferences.\n\nYou'll anticipate conflicts before they happen, solve last-minute issues calmly, and ensure interviews run seamlessly.\n\nCreate memorable onsite experiences\nOwn every detail of our in-person interviews-from greeting candidates and preparing interview rooms to company without sacrificing quality.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive operations.\n\nExceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication.\n\nExcellent judgment and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex calendars.\n\nA systems mindset-you naturally improve processes rather than simply following them.\n\nCuriosity about AI and excitement to use it to redesign how
