We believe that small businesses need support now more than ever, and that Odeko is uniquely positioned to provide that support.\nWhat You'll Own\nYou'll run the floor.\nPicking, packing, routing, dispatching - you're the one making sure it all clicks into place, shift after shift. You build the plan, you adjust it on the fly, and you make the call when priorities shift mid-shift.\nYou'll build the team.\nOps Leads and hourly associates look to you for real coaching, not just direction. You'll train people up, mentor them through the tough days, and run huddles and handoffs that actually keep everyone aligned.\nYou'll raise the bar.\nSOPs aren't just paperwork here - you're the reason they stick. You'll keep an eye on accuracy, partner with site leadership on what could work better, and keep the warehouse running safe, clean, and organized.\nYou'll be the go-to.\nWhen something breaks on the floor, you're first on the scene - and you know exactly when to solve it yourself and when to loop in the Site Lead or GM.
