Your day-to-day will be spent in high-quality internal and external communal areas where attention to detail and pride in presentation really matter.\nROLE EXPECTATIONS\nYou will keep communal areas spotless, safe and welcoming, working to a clear daily and weekly schedule. You will interact with residents and the site team, prioritising tasks, reporting maintenance issues and supporting a smooth-running development.
