Excellent transport links, with Plumstead station a short walk away and rapid Elizabeth line connections from nearby Woolwich.\nROLE EXPECTATIONS\nYou will lead the delivery of safe, smooth-running building services across a multi-block estate, ensuring the common areas, plant and infrastructure are always compliant, operational and presented to a high standard.
