You’ll be part of a professional concierge operation supporting a diverse resident community, with secure entry systems and lift-served buildings. Brindleyplace, the Mailbox and a wealth of city amenities are a short stroll away, and Birmingham New Street station is close by-creating a dynamic, well-connected environment where every night brings something new.\nROLE EXPECTATIONS\nYou will be the overnight point of contact for residents and visitors, maintaining a safe, calm and welcoming environment throughout the night.
