As a Senior Building Safety Coordinator on a 9 month fixed-term contract, you will lead coordination of key regulatory activities, bring structure to complex information, and support our property managers and clients to meet their obligations under the Building Safety Act.\nThis is a high-trust, home-based role where you will provide specialist guidance across multiple developments, aligning people, processes and data to deliver clear, defensible compliance. You will use your leasehold property management background and practical understanding of safety regimes to keep projects on track, documentation watertight and stakeholders informed.\nROLE EXPECTATIONS\nYou will be the go-to subject matter lead for building safety coordination, translating legislation into action plans and working alongside property managers, fire risk professionals and clients to deliver compliant outcomes.
