Assists with improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost measures. Actively encourages team member’s problem solving and idea conception.\nAnalyzes work area and ensures that tools and equipment meet PPE and safety requirements. Reports near hits and safety catches when discovered and encourages safe behavior.\nAssists with the daily tracking of department metrics and action plans assigned.\n-Molding Coordinator Functions\nManages the quality area of the injection molding department and the first piece process.\nUses quality measuring equipment to ensure parts meet print and quality standards.\nGives breaks to team members as assigned by Supervisor.\n-Assembly Coordinator Functions\nOversee hour by hour metrics and measures.\nOversees completion of the daily schedules\n-Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Functions\nAccurately tracks and records incoming and/or outgoing shipments with the objective to ship accurately and on time to Customers\nPrepares required documentation as required\nEnsures product is labeled correctly\nCoordinates best cost shipping method with Purchasing, Planning & Logistics Team\nCoordinates activities of shipping and receiving personnel\nMaintains the recycle program administration (glass, corrugated & trash) compactors in the department\nCoordinates MH Maintenance requirements with MH Equipment Companies\nData entry for Oracle system\nAttends, schedules and conducts meetings\nConfers with Supervisors of other departments to coordinate flow of materials or products\nPrepares reports, slides, presentations and graphs as required for KPI’s and Key Results\nTrain New Employees\nDevelop rotation schedule for material handling activities\nCandidate Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED);
