As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to building a prosperous future for all.\nApply Now and Be Part of Our Journey to Inspire Sustainable Lives in Every Home!\nWhat awaits you in this role?\nWe are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer- R&D (Thermodynamics & System-Based Modelling) who will join our team at Central R&D.\nWorking on projects related to improving the vapor compression system for heating/cooling,\nDeveloping and refining system-level models of vapor compression heating and cooling systems using simulation tools (e.g., GT-SUITE, Modelica), and calibrating and validating these models against experimental data to support performance prediction and design optimization,\nConducting experimental and aligned numerical studies to investigate the thermal system characteristics and effects on the cooling/heating performance and energy efficiency of heat pump systems, efficiency of their components and sub-systems,\nAnalyzing experimental and numerical results to develop the related heat pump system and component designs,\nDeveloping alternative cooling/heating system designs, algorithms, and new technology applications to improve thermal performance of the products,\nPreparing test plans for both systems and components such as compressors and heat exchangers, \nPerforming theoretical thermal analysis and engineering calculations on the thermodynamics and heat&mass transfer issues related with the cooling/heating system applications,\nFollowing/learning and developing related test standards, \nImproving digital skills to interpret the experimental and numerical results,\nReporting, presenting, and sharing outcomes of the R&D project studies across departments and functions.\nThe position is located inÇayırova, İstanbul.\nHow do we describe a perfect match?\n\nMaster's degree or currently continuing PhD.
