Product Discovery & Requirements Gathering\n\nWork closely with customers, stakeholders, business teams, and internal users to understand business needs and pain points.\n\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.\n\nConvert business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and design teams.\n\nIdentify gaps, dependencies, edge cases, assumptions, and potential risks.\n\nFacilitate requirement discussions and drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders.\n\nContinuously refine requirements based on feedback, changing priorities, and new information.\n\n2. Product Specifications & Documentation\n\nCreate detailed product specifications, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature descriptions.\n\nClearly define expected system behavior, business rules, validations, user journeys, and edge cases.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nEnsure requirements are sufficiently detailed for engineering teams to implement without ambiguity.\n\n3. AI-Assisted Prototyping\n\nCreate rapid product prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Claude and other AI-powered tools.\n\nUse AI tools to transform requirements and concepts into interactive prototypes, workflows, UI concepts, and functional demonstrations.\n\nExperiment with different AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery.\n\nContinuously explore new AI capabilities and identify opportunities to improve product development processes.\n\n4. System & Technical Analysis\n\nPerform system analysis to understand existing architecture, workflows, integrations, dependencies, and limitations.\n\nAnalyze existing features and systems to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nUnderstand how new features will interact with existing functionality.\n\nWork closely with developers and technical teams to clarify implementation approaches and resolve functional ambiguities.\n\nAnalyze data flows, business processes, system dependencies, and integration points.\n\n5. API & Integration Analysis\n\nReview and analyze API documentation, including endpoints, request/response structures, authentication, parameters, error handling, and integration requirements.\n\nUnderstand how internal and third-party APIs can support product requirements.\n\nIdentify API limitations, dependencies, and potential integration risks.\n\nTranslate API capabilities into clear product and functional requirements.\n\nSupport engineering teams by providing clear documentation and context around API-related requirements.\n\n6. User Guides & Product Enablement\n\nCreate clear and practical user guides, feature documentation, FAQs, release notes, and internal documentation.\n\nTranslate complex product functionality into easy-to-understand instructions for end users and internal teams.\n\nWork with support, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure they understand new functionality.\n\nKeep documentation aligned with product releases and feature changes.\n\n7. Go-to-Market & Feature Adoption\n\nSupport go-to-market activities for new features and product capabilities.\n\nTranslate product functionality into clear customer-facing value propositions and use cases.\n\nWork with marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to support feature launches.\n\nHelp develop feature adoption strategies, onboarding materials, release communications, and enablement content.\n\nGather post-launch feedback and identify opportunities to improve adoption and user experience.\n\n8. Agile Product Delivery\n\nWork closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nParticipate in sprint planning, refinement, demos, reviews, and other product development activities.\n\nClarify requirements during development and help resolve questions quickly.\n\nValidate completed features against requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nContinuously prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and company priorities.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nExperience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar role.\n\nStrong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.\n\nExcellent understanding of software products, web applications, workflows, and system behavior.\n\nAbility to create detailed product specifications and user stories.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to understand and analyze APIs and technical documentation.\n\nExperience creating prototypes or proof-of-concepts using modern tools.\n\nHands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI-assisted productivity/development tools.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong attention to
