You'll be the face of Odyssey to prospective DTC brands, building on relationships you already have in the space and creating new ones.\nJob Responsibilities:\nGenerate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and your existing network of DTC/e-commerce contacts\n\nBuild and manage a pipeline of prospective clients from first touch through signed contract\n\nPitch Odyssey's services to founders, CMOs, and marketing leads at high-growth e-commerce brands\n\nCraft and deliver compelling proposals, decks, and pricing structures tailored to each prospect\n\nNegotiate contract terms and close new business\n\nRepresent Odyssey at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads\n\nWork closely with leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy based on market feedback\n\nMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using CRM tools\n\nCollaborate with the account management and creative teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of new clients\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent required\n\n3-5+ years of business development, sales, or account growth experience at an advertising agency or SaaS platform that serves DTC brands\n\nExisting relationships with and understanding of the DTC / e-commerce brand landscape\n\nProven track record of generating leads, running a sales pipeline, and closing deals\n\nStrong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and creative services (enough to speak credibly to what Odyssey delivers)\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
