such as firewalls, endpoint security, email security, patch management, and related platforms.\nHelp troubleshoot technical issues related to security systems, connectivity, access, and policies.\nRespond to customer requests, alerts, and support cases with guidance from senior team members.\nPerform basic health checks, updates, configuration reviews, and preventive maintenance
