Our hotel has 160 rooms, breakfast is included for every guest, and we daily serve group lunches and dinners. The ideal candidate is a great organizer, works in a fast pace and is a real team player. You work closely with the F&B team and report to the Operations Manager.\nThis is a position for 15.2 hours on a weekly basis with a 0-hour contract for flexibility.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare and maintain the breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes\n\nPrepare group lunch and dinner\n\nMonitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP)\n\nMaintain a clean and organized kitchen\n\nDaily ordering of supplies with different suppliers\n\nCollaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nBeing able to work independently in the kitchen\n\nHaving a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone.\n\nGuest-oriented and representative.\n\nSpeaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus.\n\nExperience in hotel settings is a plus.\n\nRequirements\nABOUT ODYSSEY\nWe are The Odyssey Hotel Group, Europe’s most ambitious hotel operator and the team behind many famous global hospitality names.
