While there may not be an immediate opening, candidates will be considered as positions become available based on their qualifications and program needs.\nOdyssey has an exciting opportunity for Acquisition Program Logisticians at various levels to join our talent community for anticipated opportunities supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB) at Eglin AFB, FL.\nThis position provides comprehensive logistics support in the design, development, production, operation, and sustainment of armament systems.\nResponsibilities\nDuties may include, but are not limited to:\nProvide acquisition logistics and product support expertise across the DoD lifecycle.\nCollaborate with integrated project teams to deliver effective logistics solutions.\nSupport Product Support Business Case Analysis, Sustainment Reviews, Logistics Health Assessments, and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan activities.\nPlan, coordinate, and evaluate logistics operations for assigned systems and missions.\nIdentify and align funding, manpower, and resource requirements with program plans.\nPerform forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking using relevant tools and databases.\nConduct cost estimating and risk analyses for cost, schedule, and technical factors.\nCoordinate with functional specialists to develop requirements, plans, and schedules.\nIntegrate cross-functional logistics elements into cohesive product support strategies.\nProvide logistics input for RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, and CDRLs.\nDeliver analytical insights on supply performance, reliability, and maintainability for decision-making.\nQualifications\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US Citizen\nClearance: Current Secret Clearance\nEducation and experience:\nJourneyman: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience\nSenior: Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience\nPrincipal: Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent Top Secret clearance\nExperience providing acquisition logistics and product support within DoD programs\nAdditionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to plan, coordinate, and evaluate logistics operations for complex systems\nSkilled in identifying and aligning resource requirements, including funding, manpower, and materials.\nProficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking tools and databases.\nExperience conducting cost estimating and performing risk analyses related to cost, schedule, and technical factors.\nAbility to develop, interpret, and manage requirements, plans, and schedules.\nStrong understanding of integrated product support elements and product support strategy development.\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within integrated project teams.\nAbility to coordinate across functional areas and partner with technical and non-technical specialists.\nEffective communication skills for conveying logistics insights and recommendations to stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently while supporting broader team and program objectives.\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Eglin AFB, FL\nTravel: May be required up to 10-20% depending on program needs\nWork Environment: Onsite\nThis is an evergreen position designed to pro-actively identify and engage highly qualified candidates for future openings across Odyssey’s portfolio of acquisition and program management support efforts.
