The 48th CTS conducts cybersecurity test and evaluation of embedded avionics and weapons systems across multiple Air Force platforms.\nAs an Aircraft Cyber Test Manager, you will coordinate the processes and resources required to identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities in Department of War weapons systems. You will support integrated test team activities to establish test objectives that meet System Program Office and operational test customer requirements. In coordination with organizational leadership and technical editors, you will author test plans supporting established objectives.\nYou will work with aircraft penetration testers to develop detailed test procedures and ensure they are documented in test execution guidance cards. You will also play a key role in test execution and ensure results are thoroughly documented.\nThis is a full-time, onsite position at Edwards AFB, with travel up to 20% CONUS/OCONUS.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nLead Cyber Working Group activities and coordinate cyber DT&E across program management, engineering, intelligence, system security engineering, operational test, and cyber test organizations\nDevelop and maintain cyber DT&E strategies, roadmaps, schedules, resource estimates, and TEMP/T&E strategy inputs\nConduct or support MBCRAs, attack-surface characterization, criticality analysis, and threat-informed cyber test planning\nPlan, coordinate, and execute integrated, concurrent, cooperative, and adversarial cyber test events for aircraft avionics, weapons systems, data links, and supporting infrastructure\nConduct cyber test readiness reviews and ensure required test plans, rules of engagement, authorizations, data-collection methods, restoration procedures, and test resources are in place\nManage cyber test data, test artifacts, findings, deficiency reports, corrective actions, verification-of-fix activities, and regression testing\nEvaluate and report cyber resilience, mission impact, and residual risk to program offices and other decision-makers\nSupport cyber DT&E inputs to acquisition, contracting, engineering, program-protection, and sustainment activities\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Secret clearance required; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility required\nEducation: Bachelors degree in engineering, cybersecurity, project management, or a related discipline\nYears of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience\nCertifications: IAT Level II required\nAbility to develop cyber test documentation and coordinate cybersecurity test events\nAbility to work effectively as part of a test team and support penetration testing activities\nPreferred Qualifications\nClearance: TS/SCI\nCertifications: IAT Level III\nExperience supporting cyber DT&E for Department of War systems\nExperience planning, preparing, executing, evaluating, and reporting cyber test events\nExperience developing test plans, objectives, procedures, test cards, data-collection plans, schedules, and reports\nUnderstanding of aircraft avionics, navigation, communications, and data links\nKnowledge of system architecture, protocols, data flows, interfaces, hardware/software configurations, and systems engineering processes\nFamiliarity with vulnerability assessments, STIG compliance, penetration testing, adversarial testing, and cyber TTPs\n Technical Skills\nAbility to develop cyber DT&E strategies, roadmaps, and test plans\nExperience supporting MBCRAs, attack-surface characterization, and criticality analysis\nUnderstanding of aircraft avionics, navigation, communications, and data links (preferred)\nWorking knowledge of system architectures, network protocols, data flows, interfaces, hardware/software configurations, and systems engineering processes (preferred)\nFamiliarity with vulnerability assessments, STIG compliance, penetration testing, adversarial testing, and attacker tools/TTPs (preferred)\nAbility to coordinate and execute cooperative and adversarial cyber tests\nAbility to manage cyber test artifacts, deficiency reports, corrective actions, and regression testing\nProficiency developing test objectives, test procedures, data-collection plans, and test reports (preferred)\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to lead cyber working groups and coordinate across diverse technical organizations\nAbility to work effectively on an integrated test team\nAbility to work with leadership, technical editors, engineers, penetration testers, and program offices\nAbility to clearly present technical details to program decision-makers\nHigh level of self-initiative and ability to operate under minimal supervision\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Edwards AFB, CA\nTravel: 20% CONUS/OCONUS TDY\nOnsite\n#TMAS3 #CTG\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
