Summary\nOdyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division (AFLCMC/ESG).\nThe ESG Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.\nThis is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.\nResponsibilities\nDuties includ e, but not limited to:\nDetermine and correlate requirements for funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services with program objectives and acquisition plans.\nCoordinate with Product Support Managers and other stakeholders to maintain comprehensive logistics and sustainment plans, including support to joint and coalition partners.\nSupport the development and execution of life cycle logistics strategies for weap meet mission requirements.\nProvide analytical support for logistics metrics, sustainment reviews, and program assessments.\nAssist in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of acquisition and sustainment strategies.\nDevelop and maintain acquisition and sustainment documentation supporting all phases of the program lifecycle.\nPrepare and deliver briefings supporting acquisition milestones, sustainment reviews, and program decision events.\nConduct Business Case Analyses (BCAs), trade studies, market research, and other logistics analyses in support of program objectives.\nProvide logistics support to acquisition planning activities, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and other acquisition documentation.\nDevelop Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), Product Support BCAs, Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) packages, Source of Repair Assignment (SORA) packages, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) plans.\nSupport asset visibility, supply chain management, and logistics data analysis activities to ensure sustainment readiness and operational effectiveness.\nDevelop and support acquisition milestone documentation, program assessments, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) studies, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) briefings, Economic Security and Industrial Studies (ESIS), and related program documentation.\nProvide logistics expertise supporting system delivery, deployment planning, depot activation, modification programs, and sustainment transitions.on systems and associated support equipment.\nIdentify, assess, and resolve sustainment and product support challenges impacting program execution.\nDevelop, manage, and adjust logistics plans, schedules, and program documentation\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must hold an active Secret clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD OR\n7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD\n\nTechnical Skills\nIdentify and analyze program requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services, ensuring resources align with program plans and are delivered at the right time and place. \nCollaborate with Material Support Managers and Product Support Managers to develop and maintain comprehensive logistics support plans, including sister-service and coalition coordination. \nParticipate in development of maintenance and life-cycle logistics plans supporting smooth transition of products to Air Logistics Complex Centers. \nDevelop and execute logistics and sustainment plans across acquisition and sustainment phases. \nProvide logistics analytical support for key logistics metrics such as supply, reliability, maintainability, and readiness. \nCoordinate and evaluate efforts of functional specialists to refine plans, schedules, and requirements. \nUtilize Microsoft Office Suite for management reports, planning documentation, logistics analyses, and presentations.\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong communication skills for coordinating across government, contractor, and cross-functional teams. \nSelf-starter able to independently manage logistics actions, monitor sustainment requirements, and drive solutions. \nTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside support managers, engineers, and program leadership. \nEffective problem-solving skills applied to sustainment challenges, schedule risks, and resource
