In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.\nThe Missile Defense Agency's Program Director for Targets and Countermeasures oversees the design, development, manufacture, integration, and delivery of threat-representative, reliable, and cost-effective ballistic missile targets and countermeasures for the missile defense system. These targets are utilized to test, verify and validate performance of the missile defense system. The program also executes pre- and post-test data reduction and identifies target characterization activities necessary to support the Missile Defense Agency's test objectives.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nServe as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program office\nAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programs\nUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo\nPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs\nPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools\nDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools\nAssist in requirements development and management\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Active Secret clearance\nEducation: Bachelor's degree\nYears of Experience: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects\nSkills:\nExperience with Cameo Systems Modeler\nKnowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD Systems\nAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and tools\nExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))\nPreferred Qualifications\nSkills\nFamiliarity with MDA programs and processes\nExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons\nHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NG\nExposure to MDA test events and activities\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Huntsville, Alabama\nTravel: Yes, as required by the Customer\nRemote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Customer site; telework authorized, subject to change at the customer's discretion\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
