This role ensures seamless connectivity between cloud services, on-prem systems, third-party applications, identity platforms, and automation workflows. The Specialist will work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Business Technology teams to modernize processes, standardize system interactions, and enhance data flow across the enterprise. This role also administers the Microsoft 365 tenant and serves as the administrator and governance owner of the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related services across the enterprise.This position is ideal for a technically strong, process-minded professional who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, building scalable automation, and improving operational efficiency through M365-centric solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nAdminister and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.\nManage tenant-wide settings, licensing, and service health, and implement changes in line with change-management and security standards.\nMicrosoft 365 Integration & Automation\nDesign, develop, and maintain integrations across Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).\nBuild and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, Graph API, webhooks, and service connectors.\nIntegrate M365 with business-critical third-party systems (HRIS, ERP, CRM, security tools, productivity platforms).\nCreate standardized provisioning/deprovisioning processes using automation and directory synchronization multiple IDPs including Entra and Okta.\nPower Platform Administration & Governance\nAdminister and govern the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services.\nManage environments, licensing and capacity, connectors, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and platform security controls.\nEstablish governance standards and processes that enable business-led app development while meeting security and compliance requirements.\nPartner with application-development teams to support their solutions while retaining ownership of platform administration and governance.\nMonitor platform health, usage, and adoption, and recommend improvements that increase value and reduce risk.\nIdentity & Access Integration\nImplement and maintain identity integrations through Entra ID, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, conditional access flows, and group-based policy automation.\nSupport lifecycle integrations that rely on identity events (role changes, onboarding, offboarding, access certifications).\nSystems Architecture & Interoperability\nAssess system requirements and design integration pathways that enhance data flow, reduce redundancy, and improve operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure integrations align with architectural standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for modernizing integration patterns.\nMonitoring, Logging & Compliance\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting for integration flows using native M365 tools, SIEM platforms, and audit capabilities.\nEnsure integrations comply with organizational security standards, retention policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory frameworks.\nMaintain documentation for integration architecture, workflows, dependencies, and change history.\nTroubleshooting & Support\nDiagnose and resolve integration failures, data mismatches, API errors, permission issues, and workflow exceptions.\nServe as an escalation point for M365-related automation, Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform governance, identity integrations, security configurations, and system interoperability issues.\nPartner with vendors when needed to address complex platform or connector issues.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nWork with business units to translate functional needs into technical integration requirements.\nFacilitate user adoption of integrated processes through clear documentation, training, and change-management support.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects involving data modernization, automation, workflow redesign, or system migrations.\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: ability to in systems integration, cloud administration, or enterprise IT.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID identity management, and Power Platform administration and governance.\nExperience building and managing APIs, connectors, automation flows, and cross-system data interactions.\nSolid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect), SCIM bridges, and security controls.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate and resolve complex integration issues.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting hybrid environments, multi-site organizations, or regulated industries.\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks, audit logging, incident response workflows, and enterprise security tools.\nMicrosoft certifications (MS-900, SC-300, AZ-104, PL-300, PL-400) preferred.\nBackground process automation, or enterprise application architecture is a plus.\nExperience administering or integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.\nExperience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, Managed Environments, and application lifecycle management (ALM).\nFamiliarity with JSON, XML, and
