This division powers the weapons enterprise with a superior workforce, modernized facilities, and innovative digital capabilities.\nOur Network and Computer Systems Administrators provide support and assistance in the management and operations of armament program related network systems.\nResponsibilities\nDuties may include, but are not limited to:\nSupporting Tier I and Tier II IT systems\nImaging, patching, and configuring classified/unclassified systems\nSharePoint management\nAdministrating and operating help desk ticketing system\nProviding customer service support via in-person, email, phone, remote, etc.\nProviding technical support for briefing setups, presentations, VTCs, and online meetings\nIT Equipment custodian management duties and responsibilities to include performing inventory and equipment destruction/transfers\nPerforming maintenance of functional and reliable telecommunication services for customer programs. Includes classified Secure Telephone Units, Secure Telephone Voice over IP (STU III/STE/vIPer/SVOIP) phones), fax, voicemail, VTC, desktop VTC, and overhead projection services/equipment\nAssisting end-users with the operation, restoration of information, and access to business systems;\nCreating and maintaining organizational boxes, folder permissions, security groups, and assists with distribution groups\nPerforming cyber security liaison duties\nQualifications\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US Citizen\nClearance: Current Top Secret clearance\nEducation and experience:\nAssociate’s degree in a related field and 7 years of related experience; OR Associate’s degree and 5 years of experience with an IAT Level II certification; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience; OR Bachelor’s and 3 years of related experience with an IAT Level II certification\nExperience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment\nExperience supporting secure systems and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent Top Secret clearance\nDoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNA Security, or equivalent)\nExperience with Windows and/or Linux system administration in classified environments\nExperience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and ATO packages\nExperience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)\nAdditionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:\nTechnical Skills\nSystem administration (Windows, Linux, or UNIX environments)\nSharePoint administration\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)\nNetwork management and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)\nCybersecurity implementation and compliance (RMF, STIGs, vulnerability management)\nConfiguration management and system documentation\nBackup and recovery solutions\nFamiliarity with enterprise tools and monitoring systems\nInterpersonal Skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a technical team\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to support multiple systems and priorities in a mission-driven environment\nAttention to detail and commitment to system security and reliability\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Eglin AFB, FL\nTravel: Estimated 10% depending on program needs\nWork Environment: On-site\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the war-fighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and war-fighter readiness capabilities.
