You will apply your professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter. As a member of the administrative team, you will collaborate closely with the WIngC2 Chief of Staff and Leadership to deliver exceptional service and support to the Branch.\nThis is a full time remote position.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nProvide acquisition and program management support in accordance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and applicable Air Force guidance\nSupport development and maintenance of acquisition reports, briefings, schedules, and program documentation\nAssist Program Managers and IPT Leads with program execution, acquisition planning, and risk management activities\nSupport cost, schedule, and performance management efforts across acquisition and development programs\nReview and support acquisition documentation including RFPs, SRDs, SOWs, CDRLs, LCSPs, APBs, and milestone briefings\nSupport implementation and execution of acquisition and development activities with Government and contractor teams\nAssist with development of acquisition strategies, source selection documentation, and program risk assessments\nReview contractor deliverables, schedules, and integration activities\nSupport Mission Planning Environment (MPE) activities, software development evaluations, and operational planning efforts\nProvide support for EVM analysis, funding documentation, and acquisition reporting activities\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Master’s Degree,OR\nBachelor's Degree in a related field with 15+ years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in DoD\n\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75 acquisition processes\nExperience supporting acquisition lifecycle management activities\nFamiliarity with cloud-based systems and cloud cost/performance management\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principles\nExperience supporting acquisition reporting, risk management, and milestone review activities\nExperience using Microsoft Office and DoD acquisition systems including IDECS, EDA, and CCaR\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organizational and analytical skills\nAbility to work effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and Integrated Product Teams\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA\nTravel: Travel may be required at the customer's discretion\nRemote\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
