This program focuses on advancing, sustaining, and modernizing the Air Force’s small UAS portfolio to meet evolving operational needs across multiple mission sets.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nProvide acquisition program management support across system life cycles.\nManage resources and personnel to meet task objectives.\nSupport development of risk management plans and mitigation strategies.\nReview and analyze contractor production changes, ECPs, and CCPs; support CCB activities.\nConduct issue analysis, identify program impacts, and recommend resolutions.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program schedules (IMP/IMS) and perform schedule risk assessments.\nSupport milestone planning, documentation, and program strategy analyses.\nPrepare staff packages, data inputs, and coordinated milestone documents.\nParticipate in process improvement activities, IPTs, and PIWGs.\nTranslate user requirements (CDD, CPD, CONOPS) into acquisition and RFP documentation.\nDevelop program inputs for PWSs, CDRLs, and other acquisition artifacts.\nUse MS Project and tools such as CCaRS, SMART, and AF/SOF portals to produce program materials.\nPlan, facilitate, and support meetings, reviews, and offsites; record action items and prepare briefings.\nMaintain program documentation for cost, schedule, performance, risk, and status.\nSupport PMRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMs, TPWGs, TRRs, and related events.\nCoordinate agendas, materials, and action items with Government, contractors, and external agencies.\nAssist with preparing materials for staff meetings and senior leadership reviews.\nSupport development of CPAR inputs for weapon system contracts.\nApply DoD, USAF, and USSOCOM acquisition policies, including familiarity with USSOCOM Directive 70-1 and ACAT ID programs.\nQualifications\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nClearance: Top Secret\nEducation and experience:\nMaster’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD.\nOR bachelor’s degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD.\nOR, 30 years of directly related experience, 20 years of which must be in the DoD.\n Technical Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Project and integrated scheduling tools (IMP/IMS).\nExperience conducting Schedule Risk Assessments using Monte Carlo-based software.\nAbility to review and analyze Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).\nSkilled in using CCaRS, SMART, and AF/SOF portals for data analysis and documentation.\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong communication skills for coordinating with Government, contractors, and cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent organizational abilities to manage documentation, schedules, and action items.\n\nEffective problem-solving and analytical thinking in fast-paced program environments.\n\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to support and contribute within IPTs and working groups.\n\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Wright Patterson AFB, OH\nTravel: 20%\nRemote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Onsite\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
