Mid-Level (TGS) supporting the Cyber TMAS III contract for the Air Force.\nAs the SE-3 TGS Project Manager / Project Engineer, you will support planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of 96 CTG test projects, including developing test requirements, preparing cost estimates, documenting project activities, and coordinating test resources across stakeholders.\nThis is a full-time position at Eglin AFB, FL.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nProvide programmatic support for a wide range of 96 CTG test projects.\nPrepare test cost estimates, customer test agreements, test directives, and other project documentation.\nInitiate and develop test requirements and supervise complex test projects including mission planning systems, flight testing, weapons testing, electronic warfare testing, software testing, and cybersecurity testing.\nProvide training and mentoring to 96 CTG project managers on test processes, project management processes, metrics, and budget control.\nManage the financial status of test projects-including coordinating with financial managers, monitoring funding documents, verifying expenses, and ensuring compliance with DoD financial and contractual guidance.\nCoordinate test resource requirements with customers, leadership, and test engineering personnel.\nCoordinate project approvals, safety, technical support, range management, facilities, logistics, security, frequency management, and reporting for assigned programs.\nManage project information using Government test management systems for documentation workflows, financial oversight, and project management tracking.\nTravel occasionally to support project planning, execution, and reporting.\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Active Secret clearance required\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of technical experience (additional experience may substitute for education)\nAir Force acquisition project management experience\nExperience designing and implementing DoD software or hardware test strategies\nProficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional coursework or certification\nAir Force operations, test, or project management experience\nExperience in one or more of the following: C4ISR, Range maintenance, Data Links, Defensive Systems, or Cybersecurity test planning/execution\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, weapons systems, DT&E and OT&E processes\nExperience designing and implementing test strategies for DoD hardware or software systems\nAbility to develop project documentation, cost estimates, schedules, test agreements, and directives\nProficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAbility to manage project financials, funding documents, and DoD compliance requirements\nExperience interfacing with multiple stakeholders to define scope, maintain status, develop schedules/budgets, and support project execution\nInterpersonal Skills\nEffective oral and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment\nAbility to train, mentor, and support other project managers\nAbility to coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders across DoD programs\nAdditional Information\nLocation:\nTravel: Approximately 10%\nOnsite\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
