The Air Force Program Execution Office for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations (PEO ISR SOF) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the ISR SOF portfolio, which includes over 200 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO ISR SOF is headquartered at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This position supports the Advanced E7 Development and the FMS Division, supporting the Royal Saudi Air Force, as part of the International Airborne Battle Management Command and Control (FMS) Division; AFLMC(WIW). The WIW Division located at Tinker AFB (OK), and Hanscom AFB (MA), with dispersed support at Eglin AFB, Seattle WA, San Antonio TX and several OCONUS positions.\nThis position specifically supports the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Japan AWACS Program Office\nThis is a full time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.\nResponsibilities\nThis position specifically supports the E7A and Internation BM and E3/E7 program. The selected candidate will provide acquisition and program management support throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of FMS efforts while supporting cost, schedule, performance, and international partner requirements. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, supporting acquisition planning, contract execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and program reporting activities.\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nProvide acquisition and program management support to Program Managers, Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, and senior leadership supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.\nSupport program execution to ensure cost, schedule, performance, and technical objectives are achieved in accordance with DoD and Air Force acquisition policies.\nAssist in the development, review, and coordination of acquisition documentation, milestone decision briefings, program plans, and contract documentation.\nSupport contract execution activities, including acquisition planning, requirements development, risk assessments, and program reviews.\nDevelop and maintain acquisition reports, program metrics, briefings, and executive-level communications.\nAnalyze program health and provide recommendations regarding acquisition strategies, schedule performance, resource requirements, and risk mitigation approaches.\nFacilitate program risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and risk board coordination.\nSupport source selections, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and contractor proposal evaluations.\nCoordinate with government, contractor, and international stakeholders to support program objectives and mission requirements.\nSupport Mission Planning Environment (MPE) activities and ensure alignment between mission planning capabilities and program schedules.\nAssist with lifecycle sustainment planning, logistics integration, and operational support activities.\nMonitor acquisition policy changes and recommend process improvements to enhance program execution and compliance.\nUtilize acquisition and reporting systems to support program tracking, documentation management, and decision-making activities.\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have an Active Secret Clearance\nKnowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques used to gather, analyze, and assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of FMS programs.\nKnowledge of acquisition and program management activities supporting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.\nExperience developing acquisition documentation, briefings, reports, and program management plans.\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with government, contractor, and international stakeholders.\nExperience supporting DoD acquisition programs and program office operations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree, and minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs, OR\n15 years of experience, including at least 8 years supporting DoD programs\n\nExperience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.\nExperience supporting international customers, partner nations, or security cooperation initiatives.\nTechnical Skills\nForeign Military Sales (FMS)\nDoD Acquisition Management\nDoDI 5000 Series\nProgram Management\nRisk Management\nContract Management Support\nIntegrated Product Teams (IPTs)\nIntegrated Master Scheduling (IMS)\nMicrosoft Project\nRequest for Proposal (RFP) Development\nStatement of Work (SOW) Development\nContract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)\nMission Planning Environment (MPE)\nProgram Reporting and Metrics\nAcquisition Documentation Development\nLifecycle Sustainment Planning\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to effectively brief senior government, contractor, and international stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic acquisition environment.\nStrong organizational and documentation skills.\nAbility to build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse organizations.\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom Air Force Base, MA\nTravel: Approximately 20%\nOnsite position\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
