This position will support the Tactical Data Networks Enterprise Program.\nThis is a full-time position located in Bedford, MA at Hanscom AFB.\nResponsibilities\nThe candidate shall be able to advise, perform and or lead logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, evaluating, and executing the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.\nThe individual shall be capable of supporting and executing the following requirements:\nWorking independently and as part of a collaborative team.\nLeading and completing complex projects.\nIdentifying critical logistics requirements (e.g., funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services) needed to support the assigned effort.\nPlanning, advising, and aligning logistics requirements with applicable policy, procedures, and guidance.\nImplementing and aligning logistics requirements as part of an IPT.\nDeveloping and advising on alternative courses of actions to adjust to funding, requirements, and schedule adjustments.\nEnsuring Asset Management and Material Accountability are compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and guidance.\nSupporting or leading a supply chain risk management working group and supply chain assurance are compliant with applicable policies, procedures, and guidance.\nAccomplishing a Logistics Health Assessment.\nSupporting or leading the development or update to a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP).\nImplementing and managing a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) program.\nFamiliarity with defense acquisition management in accordance with the DoD 5000.\nFamiliarity with the Product Support Business Case Analysis\nFamiliarity with the logistics integrated product support model outlined in the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.\nKnowledge of the twelve (12) product support elements outlined in the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook.\nKnowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems.\nKnowledge of the acquisition Integrated Product Support functional makeup and interdependencies involved in providing logistical support.\nProficient Microsoft office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clerance\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree\nYears of experience: 10+ years of experience five of which must be in the DoD\nExperience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desired\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable working in a dynamic team environment meeting end users’ requirement\nMust be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities \nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom AFB, MA\nTravel: Travel may be required per the customer's discretion\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
