This position provides acquisition and program management support across the full life cycle of air armament and conventional munitions systems, enabling rapid, data-driven decision making in support of mission-critical programs. The Air Dominance Division (AFLCMC/EBA) is responsible for delivering advanced air dominance and weapons capabilities for the United States.\nOur Program Managers support the government with planning, researching, analyzing and assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of weapons systems and associated equipment acquisitions (development, production and deployment), and formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.\nResponsibilities\nDuties may include, but are not limited to:\nProvide acquisition program management support across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support)\nAdvise Government Program Managers on program execution, acquisition strategy, and risk management\nDevelop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation such as:\nAcquisition Strategy (AS)\nSystems Engineering Plan (SEP)\nTest and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)\nLife Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)\nStatement of Work (SOW), Statement of Objectives (SOO), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)\nMonitor and evaluate program cost, schedule, and performance using metrics and Earned Value Management (EVM)\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain and manage risk registers\nLead or support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), milestone reviews, and technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR)\nSupport source selection activities, including proposal evaluation and contract modifications\nCoordinate across engineering, logistics, test, and financial stakeholders to ensure integrated program execution\nPrepare and deliver briefings, status reports, and decision support materials to senior leadership\nSupport Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international armaments cooperation efforts, as applicable\nQualifications\nMinimum Required Qualifications:\nCitizenship: Must be a US Citizen\nClearance: Current Top Secret clearance\nEducation and experience:\nBachelor’s degree and 25 years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience\nProgram management experience preferably within a DoD acquisition or other regulated environment \nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent TS/SCI clearance\nPMP (Project Management Professional\nDAWIA Level II or III in Program Management or equivalent\nExperience supporting AFLCMC, SAF/AQ, or equivalent Air Force acquisition organizations\nExperience with armament systems (air-to-air, air-to-surface munitions, missiles, or related systems)\nExperience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs\nStrong knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and DoDI 5000 series\nExperience developing and reviewing acquisition documentation (AS, SEP, TEMP, LCSP, etc.)\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting\nExperience with risk management and mitigation planning\nFamiliarity with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)\nUnderstanding of requirements development and JCIDS processes (ICD, CDD, CPD)\nAdditionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:\nAbility to operate independently as a senior adviser to government leadership\nStrong leadership and team coordination across cross-functional environments\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment\nStrategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Eglin AFB, FL\nTravel: 10-20% depending on program needs\nWork Environment: Onsite\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
