C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.\nThis is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA but there is opportunity to work a hybrid schedule in another location as long as there is approriate access to government networks and facilities multiple times a week.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nCommunicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO\nProvide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)\nEnsure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success\nSupport requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results\nCommunicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management\nPerform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and be SCI eligible\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field\nYears of experience: 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector\n Technical Skills\nDevelop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and enterprise-level schedules across programs. \nApply Critical Path Method discipline, baseline management, and schedule risk identification to ensure executable program timelines. \nIntegrate monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and internal stakeholders into IMS structures.\nDefine schedule relationships spanning acquisition phases, milestones, solicitations, contract awards, design reviews, testing events, production phases, and operational deployment objectives. \nProduce Gantt charts, network diagrams, technical schedule products, and other IMS artifacts for government and contractor use. \nUse Microsoft Project and Open Plan Professional to manage detailed scheduling tasks and produce advanced scheduling outputs. \nAdvise proposal evaluation teams on schedule feasibility and risk based on Request for Proposal requirements.\nInterpersonal Skills\nCoordinate schedule activities among multi-disciplinary PMO personnel, contractors, and government stakeholders supporting programs. \nCommunicate schedule objectives, risks, timelines, and impacts clearly to leadership, IPTs, and broader program teams. \nCollaborate effectively with major defense contractors\nWork independently as a self-starter while maintaining alignment with established schedule management processes. \nProvide informed recommendations and corrective actions when schedule deviations or risks are identified. \nSupport cross-team requirements development and planning by maintaining awareness of program objectives and constraints. \nEngage constructively with proposal teams, government personnel, and PM leadership to support acquisition decision-making.\nAdditional Information\nLocation: This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA\nTravel: Travel may be required at the discretion of the customer\n#HB #C3BM\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
