While there may not be an immediate opening, candidates will be considered as positions become available based on their qualifications and program needs.\nOdyssey is seeking experienced Test and Evaluation Specialists at various levels to join our talent community for anticipated opportunities supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB) at Eglin AFB, FL.\nOur Test and Evaluation Specialists support the government with planning, developing, and executing test and evaluation activities for weapons systems and associated equipment across the acquisition lifecycle. They assess system performance, verify requirements, and ensure systems meet operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability requirements through developmental and operational testing.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nSupport test and evaluation activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support) \nDevelop, review, and coordinate Test and Evaluation documentation, including:Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) \nTest Plans, Test Reports, and Evaluation Reports \nRequirements Verification Matrices (RVM) \n\nPlan and support developmental test (DT) and operational test (OT) activities \nCoordinate with engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders to ensure test objectives align with program requirements \nSupport test event planning, execution, data collection, and analysis \nEvaluate system performance against requirements, including effectiveness, suitability, and survivability \nIdentify test risks and develop mitigation strategies \nSupport test readiness reviews and milestone reviews \nAnalyze test data and provide recommendations to improve system performance and program outcomes \nPrepare and deliver test reports, briefings, and decision support materials to leadership \nQualifications\nCitizenship\nMust be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Secret\nEducation and experience:\n Journeyman (level 2): Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7 years of relevant experience\n Senior (level 3): Associate’s degree and 20 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 15 years of relevant experience\nExperience supporting test and evaluation activities within DoD acquisition programs \nExperience supporting developmental and/or operational test events \nPreferred Qualifications\nClearance: TS/SCI\nCertifications:\nDAWIA Level II or III in Test and Evaluation or equivalent\nExperience:\nExperience supporting AFLCMC or other Air Force acquisition organizations\nExperience with armament systems (air-to-air, air-to-surface munitions, missiles, or related systems)\nExperience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs\nStrong knowledge of DoD test and evaluation processes and DoDI 5000 series\nExperience developing and reviewing TEMP and other test documentation\nTechnical Skills\nTest planning, execution, and analysis (DT/OT)\nRequirements verification and validation\nTest data collection and analysis\nFamiliarity with test tools, instrumentation, and data systems\nRisk management and mitigation planning\nUnderstanding of system performance evaluation and reporting\nInterpersonal Skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to coordinate across engineering, program management, and operational stakeholders\nAttention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Eglin AFB, FL\nTravel: May be required depending on program needs (est 20%)\nWork Environment: On-site\nThis is an evergreen position designed to pro-actively identify and engage highly qualified candidates for future openings across Odyssey’s portfolio of acquisition and program management support efforts.
