This is an Evergreen requisition used to identify and engage qualified candidates for anticipated openings across our portfolio.\nThis requisition is being used to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated future opportunities. Candidates who meet the qualifications may be contacted as positions become available that align with their skills, experience, clearance level, and location preferences.\nResponsibilities\nThe Acquisition Program Manager will support Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in the planning, execution, and oversight of acquisition programs. Responsibilities include program planning, schedule management, risk management, documentation development, stakeholder coordination, and acquisition reporting throughout the program lifecycle.\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nSupport acquisition program planning, execution, and management activities throughout the program lifecycle\nAssist with development and maintenance of program documentation, schedules, and reports\nSupport cost, schedule, and performance management activities\nAssist with risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and tracking\nSupport Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, technical reviews, and program management reviews\nPrepare briefings, decision support materials, and acquisition documentation for Government leadership\nMonitor program progress and identify potential issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance objectives\nSupport development and review of acquisition strategies, plans, and milestone documentation\nCoordinate with Government, military, contractor, and stakeholder organizations\nSupport compliance with applicable DoD, Air Force, and acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret clearance\nEducation: Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, 3 of which must be in DoD\nPreferred Qualifications\nClearance: TS\nEducation: Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in DoD, OR\n15+ years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD\n\n Technical Skills\nDoD acquisition lifecycle support\nProgram management and program execution\nCost, schedule, and performance management\nRisk management and mitigation planning\nAcquisition documentation development and review\nIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS) analysis\nProgram Management Reviews (PMRs)\nIntegrated Product Team (IPT) support\nBriefing development and executive communications\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and within integrated teams\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAnalytical and critical thinking abilities\nAbility to communicate effectively with senior Government and contractor personnel\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom AFB, MATravel: Travel may be required at the customer’s discretion\nOnsite\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
