recommend security policies, contingency plans, and disaster recovery procedures.\n\nParticipate in system/network design to ensure alignment with security policies.\n\nProvide leadership in analyzing and integrating cybersecurity requirements into system design and operations.\n\nReview and assess the implementation of RMF security controls across system architecture, documentation, and design artifacts.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure RMF A&A approval by all Authorizing Officials.\n\nMaintain and audit databases for classified information, visits, and clearances.\n\nSupport classified material handling, accountability, and compliance with security classification guides.\n\nDevelop and deliver security awareness training and education programs.\n\nPrepare and review acquisition security documentation and ensure compliance with CDRLs.\n\nPlan and implement security-related surveys, assessments, and evaluations throughout the program life cycle.\n\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain an Active Top Secret clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited educational program and at least 7 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 3 of which must be in the DoD.\nCertifications: Security +\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure.\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.\n\nExpereinece with systems analysis and eMASS\nStrong ability to communicate technical topics effectively in both written and verbal forms.\n\n Technical Skills\nSTIG compliance\nRisk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and documentation.\n\nDoD cybersecurity policies and compliance.\n\nSystem Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes.\n\nDoD cloud infrastructure security.\n\nAgile development methods including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.\n\nSecurity risk, vulnerability, and contingency planning.\n\nPKI management and access control.\n\nClassified material handling and accountability.\n\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to collaborate with government, contractor, and industry stakeholders.\n\nEffective problem-solving and analytical thinking.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAdaptability to evolving program requirements and security challenges.\n\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Tinker AFB, OK\nOn-Site\n# HB\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
