C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.\nThis is a full-time position at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.\nResponsibilities\nIn this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.\nDuties to include but not limited to:\nProvide administrative and operational support to government leadership and acquisition program teams.\nMaintain leadership awareness of mission-critical issues, priorities, and organizational initiatives.\nTrack and monitor action items, taskings, suspense dates, and program deliverables.\nPrepare correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and official documents for leadership review and signature.\nCoordinate and support meetings, conferences, and working groups, including scheduling, logistics, virtual meeting setup, and documentation.\nDevelop and maintain meeting records, agendas, attendance logs, minutes, and action item trackers.\nManage leadership calendars, conference room schedules, and organizational scheduling requirements.\nSupport video teleconferencing and online collaboration platforms, ensuring proper setup and execution.\nDisseminate program policies, guidance, and organizational communications to internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain program files, records, and document repositories in accordance with organizational procedures.\nAssist with workflow management, office operations, and process improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate, analyze, distribute, and track organizational taskings and responses.\nSupport travel planning, coordination, and execution utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).\nRespond to routine inquiries, answer telephones, and provide administrative customer support.\nProvide recommendations to improve administrative processes, office efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.\nOther Job Specific Duties:\nReview the Chief Engineer’s calendar each morning, prepare a consolidated daily schedule, and ensure all required read-aheads are available\nManage high-volume executive scheduling across multiple organizations, locations, and time zones, providing real-time deconfliction\nParticipate in daily leadership syncs to surface hot topics, align calendars, and resolve emerging scheduling conflicts\nLead weekly C3A (ASE) staff meetings, coordinating inputs, issuing meeting notices, running slides, taking attendance, and tracking action items\nProvide end-to-end TDY travel support including registration, agendas, travel folders, and real-time adjustments\nCoordinate and submit Visitor Access Requests (VARs) for Chief Engineer TDYs\nBuild, adjust, and reconcile DTS orders and vouchers with accurate cost capture\nRespond to front-office needs throughout the day, maintaining situational awareness and ensuring the Chief Engineer has necessary information and support\nCoordinate with the C3A (ASE) FOG support POC to organize events such as summer outings, Pi Day, and holiday gatherings\nManage ASE conference room reservations\nUpdate and maintain distribution lists for C3BM and C3A\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and be currently SCI eligible\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, 3 of which must be in DoD, OR\n7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD\n\n Technical Skills\nDoD acquisition program management support across the acquisition lifecycle\nKnowledge of FAR, DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and related acquisition guidance\nProgram risk management and acquisition reporting\nCost, schedule, and performance management\nDevelopment and review of acquisition documentation and milestone packages\nExperience supporting IPTs, PMRs, and acquisition reviews\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and cloud-based systems\nExperience with acquisition and financial systems, including CCaR, IDECS, EDA, and Microsoft Office Suite\nKnowledge of EVM analysis and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to develop and present briefings to senior leadership\nStrong analytical and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within Government and contractor teams\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom AFB, MATravel: Travel may be required at the customer’s discretion\nOnsite\n# HB\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
