The FMS PO supports partner nations, by providing capabilities for timely and accurate Theater and Strategic space-based and radar system Ballistic Missile Early Warning Information. The FMS PO enhances the United States’ strategic and regional stability objectives. Combatant Commands and Foreign Military Sales Customer Nations receive real-time situational awareness of missile launch information, projected impact information, and general missile-type.\nThis is a full-time position at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts with the opportunity to telework 2 days per week at the discretion of the Government.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nProvides staff support for the senior managers and members of the organizational staff.\nResearches and compiles information pertaining to certain projects/topics, reviews CDRL packages, and prepares factual, clear, concise, complete and appropriately coordinated written communications.\nEnsures that leadership is kept informed of all issues of interest that relate to the mission.\nMonitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.\nProvides support by supplying the information and background for the preparation of program events.\nDrafts documents for the approval and signature of leadership.\nDisseminates program policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization.\nCoordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings in support of SEWS leadership and staff.\nPrepares background information and invites required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy.\nMaintains scheduling documents and requirements for video and online conferencing set up and execution.\nQualifications\nMinimum Required Qualifications:\nCitizenship: Must be a US Citizen.\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Active Secret clearance.\nEducation: High school diploma.\nYears of Experience: 7 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoDOR,\nBachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of DoD experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed.\nAdditional experience:\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Chrome and Edge, PDF.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of Defense Travel System.\nKnowledge of Confluence and/or Jira.\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: Hanscom AFB Force Base, MA.\nHybrid: Opportunity to telework up to 2 days per week at the discretion of the Government.\nTravel: Up to 10% CONUS travel may be required.\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
