The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/HNJ) provides sensitive command, control, communications, intelligence, and networks (C3I&N) and battle management (BM) capabilities from kinetic weaponry dominance to information dominance. The program office customers increasingly require rapid fielding of advanced capabilities to counter emerging cyber and operational threats to U.S. national security. In this role, the candidate will work across the entire program office, with program managers, functionals, and leadership to ensure programs are mapped for success.\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nDevelop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution\nCoordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO) while delivering technical scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams\nProvide integrated schedule management support, ensuring alignment with system acquisition processes and incorporating key schedule requirements to drive mission success\nAssist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve program objectives\nClearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and leadership\nIdentify and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track\nUtilize advanced scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and manage complex project schedules\nConduct risk assessments of government and stakeholder schedules, providing Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to highlight potential schedule risks and inform decision-making\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Top Secret, SCI eligible\nEducation: BA/BS Degree\nYears of Experience: 5 years of relevant experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications: Project Scheduling\nEducation: MA/MS Degree\nYears of experience: 7+ years of relevant expereince supporting DoD/DoW programs\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of complex Integrated Master Schedules\nExperience working on multiple programs \nStrong task/resource management skillset\nInterpersonal Skills\nTeam player mindset \nAbility to work with all levels of leadership \nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom AFB, MA\nTravel: 20%\nOnsite\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
