The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/HNJ) provides sensitive command, control, communications, intelligence, and networks (C3I&N) and battle management (BM) capabilities from kinetic weaponry dominance to information dominance. The Division’s expansive customer base includes Air Force Special Access Program (SAP) communities, other Department of Defense (DoD) units, and national-level agencies. These customers increasingly require rapid fielding of advanced capabilities to counter emerging cyber and operational threats to U.S. national security\nResponsibilities\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nInvestigates, analyzes, plans, evaluates, drafts and/or recommends solutions for project/program efforts. \nProvides expert level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes. \nApplies broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning. \nApplies knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, modernization planning, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE) process. \nReview initial and revised acquisition documents and provide the enterprise level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy. \nProvide comments on acquisition documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitate an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance and have SAP and SCI eligibility\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of general work experience, 5 years of which must be in acquisition program management.\nTechnical Skills\nExpertise in acquisition documentation and milestone preparation\n\nUnderstanding of PPBE process and financial planning\n\nExperience in enterprise-level acquisition planning\n\nFamiliarity with DoDI 5000 series, JCIDS, and program lifecycle documentation\n\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong communication and briefing skills\n\nAbility to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders\n\nEffective analytical and problem-solving abilities\n\nTeam-oriented mindset with leadership experience\n\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hanscom AFB, MA\nTravel: Travel may be required at the customer's discretion\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
