The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Electronic Systems (AFPEO/ES) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO ES portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO ES is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.\nThis is a full time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.\nResponsibilities\nDuties includ e, but not limited to:\nPrice/cost evaluation support \nContract close-out activities\nData collection/compilation/analysis\nClerical/administrative/office operations support\nTraining associated with contract activities\nPrepare contract and modification documents\nDistribute contract documentation\nProvide support in creation of databases, spreadsheets, etc., to track contracting status and creation of reports and/or PowerPoint charts using data pulled from existing systems including, but not limited to, Automated Contracting Preparation System (ACPS), Automated Business Services System (ABSS), FMSuite, and Contracting Information Database System (CIDS)\nSupport contract closeout activities\nCollect data for audit and/or report requests\nInteract and coordinate with Defense Financial Accounting System (DFAS) on payments\nCreate, retrieve and request contracting report\nProduce copies of acquisition documentation\nTrack contract milestones\nQualifications\nMinimum Required Qualifications:\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance\nEducation: Bachelors degree and 12 years experience, 5 of wich must be in the DoD, OR\n15 years of directly related experience, 8 years of which must be in the DoD\n\nKnowledge in the government Contracting Writing System (ConWrite), FedBizOps,Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation(FPDS-NG), AF Data Services\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEducation: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD\nAdditional Information:\nLocation: Hanscom AFB\nTravel: 20%\nOnsite\n# HB\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
