Summary\nOdyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division (AFLCMC/ESG).\nThe ESG Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.\nThis is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.\nResponsibilities\nDuties includ e, but not limited to:\nDetermine and correlate requirements for funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services with program objectives and acquisition plans.\nCoordinate with Product Support Managers and other stakeholders to maintain comprehensive logistics and sustainment plans, including support to joint and coalition partners.\nSupport the development and execution of life cycle logistics strategies for weap meet mission requirements.\nProvide analytical support for logistics metrics, sustainment reviews, and program assessments.\nAssist in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of acquisition and sustainment strategies.\nDevelop and maintain acquisition and sustainment documentation supporting all phases of the program lifecycle.\nPrepare and deliver briefings supporting acquisition milestones, sustainment reviews, and program decision events.\nConduct Business Case Analyses (BCAs), trade studies, market research, and other logistics analyses in support of program objectives.\nProvide logistics support to acquisition planning activities, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and other acquisition documentation.\nDevelop Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), Product Support BCAs, Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) packages, Source of Repair Assignment (SORA) packages, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) plans.\nSupport asset visibility, supply chain management, and logistics data analysis activities to ensure sustainment readiness and operational effectiveness.\nDevelop and support acquisition milestone documentation, program assessments, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) studies, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) briefings, Economic Security and Industrial Studies (ESIS), and related program documentation.\nProvide logistics expertise supporting system delivery, deployment planning, depot activation, modification programs, and sustainment transitions.on systems and associated support equipment.\nIdentify, assess, and resolve sustainment and product support challenges impacting program execution.\nDevelop, manage, and adjust logistics plans, schedules, and program documentation\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance\nYears of experience: 15+ years of related experience with 8+ years of DoD related experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's or
