The WNR Division serves as the Air Force’s technical, acquisition, and sustainment authority, delivering comprehensive and mission-critical support to the warfighter. The division supports a broad portfolio of Air Force systems including Electronic Warfare, Range Systems, Air Combat Training, Command and Control Systems, Advanced Radar Threat Systems, and Combat Survivor Evader Locator systems. The division also provides ongoing support to depot-level sustainment, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and partners including the U.S. Army, Navy, PACAF, ACC, AFMC, and AETC.\nThis role specifically supports the Live Mission Operations Capability (LMOC) program within AFLCMC/WNR. LMOC enables real-time weapon modeling and automated data delivery across live training and debriefing environments, enhancing training value, density, and fidelity across mission planning, execution, reconstruction, and review.\nResponsibilities\nIn this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, the Senior Network Administrator provides expert-level technical support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with planning, execution, and decision-making throughout the acquisition lifecycle.\nDuties include, but are not limited to:\nAdminister and maintain LAN and WAN systems, including network security across classified and unclassified environments\n\nProvide secure communication venues for product teams to discuss sensitive requirements and designs\n\nSupport assessment, development, and sustainment of telecommunications infrastructure including phones, videoconferencing, and messaging systems\n\nAssist with development of web-based IT equipment management systems and custom Government software applications\n\nPerform VMware server administration, including virtualization and high-availability environments\n\nProvide help desk support, managing IT trouble tickets and user access to Government systems such as ABSS, CPARs, and CAS\n\nInstall and maintain communications cabling including CAT5 and fiber infrastructure\n\nDevelop documentation and artifacts required for DIACAP and RMF certification of classified and unclassified networks\n\nConduct system security reviews of new designs and software to identify risks and vulnerabilities\n\nIntegrate new technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements\n\nAnalyze system usage, troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, and implement upgrades to improve reliability\n\nSupport Air Force network interfaces to ensure availability and integrity of mission-critical systems\n\nQualifications\nCitizenship Must be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Active Secret clearance\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical discipline, including 5 years in the DoD OR,\n15 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, including 8 years in the DoD\n\nCertifications: DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: Masters or Doctorate Degree in related field with at least 10 years of experience in technical discipline, including 5 years in DoD.\nTechnical Skills\nNetwork administration (LAN/WAN, classified and unclassified systems)\n\nVMware server management\n\nDIACAP and RMF compliance\n\nSecure communications infrastructure\n\nHelp desk operations and troubleshooting\n\nCabling and hardware installation\n\nFamiliarity with Government acquisition and logistics systems\n\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong coordination and communication skills\n\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams\n\nEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilities\n\nCustomer-focused support mindset\n\nAdditional Information\nLocation: On-site at Hill AFB, Ogden, UT\nWork Schedule: On-site\n# HB\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
