The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Electronic Systems portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Electronic Systems is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.\nThis position specifically supports the Foreign Military Salses (FMS) Japan AWACs program.\nThis is a full time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.\nResponsibilities\nDuties includ e, but not limited to:\nAssist in developing a deep understanding of internal and external customers/stakeholders and their use cases.\n\nAssist in the definition, monitoring, and communication of key performance indicators (KPI)’s for your product area.\n\nAssist in the creation of the product roadmap process, including defining the sequence of the roadmap an assuring that the initiatives within the roadmap align with the appropriate corresponding business objectives and metrics.\n\nAssist in defining and documenting product specifications and user stories to enable efficient implementation of new or enhanced features.\n\nAssist in building strong relationships with all levels throughout the organization, ensuring transparency across our roadmaps, managing trade-offs, driving organizational alignment, and maximizing business value while minimizing risks.\n\nPartner closely with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, Creative/UX/UI, and product teammates to execute against our roadmap objectives.\n\nUse quantitative and qualitative data to continually improve our product in ways that matter most to our users and have the biggest impact on our KPIs.\n\nQualifications\nCitizenship: Must be a US citizen\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nClearance: Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nClearance: Active Secret clearance\nEducation: BA/BS Degree\nYears of Experience: 10 years of directly related experience with 5 years of experience in a DoD setting OR\n15 years of directly related experience with eight (8) years of experience in a DoD setting\nTechnical Skills\nExtensive product management experience in customer-facing technology\nSkilled in testing and research methodologies, including A/B testing, split testing, usability studies, and other customer research techniques\nHands-on experience with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Looker, or similar platforms\nStrong understanding and practice of agile and lean methodologies\nFull product development life-cycle expertise, successfully managing medium to large-scale products from vision through launch\nDeep understanding of business strategy, product metrics, and data-driven decision frameworks\nExcellent analytical abilities with demonstrated strength in synthesizing data into actionable insights\nInterpersonal Skills\nAbility to multi-task and thrive within dynamic, fast-paced, tech-savvy organizations\nStrategic and tactical thinker able to alternate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution\nStrong communication skills with proven experience influencing and engaging senior leadership stakeholders\nEffective stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment\nSelf-motivated, self-directed, and comfortable operating autonomously\nHighly entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward customer-focused innovation\nLocation: Hanscom AFB\nTravel: 25% (Japan, Oklahoma City)\nRemote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Hybrid\n# HB\nCompany Overview\nOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
