Monitors engineering KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) — quality, velocity, reliability — to improve overall team performance.\nOptimizes resource allocation, workflow efficiency, and delivery predictability.\nPartners with product managers and architects to define technical roadmaps and engineering priorities.\nEnsures timely, high-quality delivery of features aligned with business and customer needs.\nRemoves technical blockers and guides architectural decisions to support a scalable product vision.\nRecruits, hires, and onboards new team members. Ensures newly hired employees have the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to be successful at OEC.\nPartners with department leadership to help manage business expenses aligned with the budget. Assists with developing budget recommendations, and participates in forecasting and budgeting activities as requested.\n\nEducation\nA bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Computer Science or related discipline.
