performant, observable, and resilient system design\nLeverage automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and operational feedback to continuously improve quality\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)\n6+ years building and shipping full-stack applications, including:\nA modern back-end language/framework\nFront-end development with React, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\nRelational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)\nAutomated testing and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong grasp of SaaS architecture, API design, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native development\nAbility to mentor engineers and influence technical direction without formal authority\nExcellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills\nStrong prioritization and time management in a fast-paced agile environment\nAdaptability amid shifting business priorities\nA
