Its main goal is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills in an international environment.\nSuccessful candidates will carry out research and provide support to Policy Analysts in one of the following areas. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. \nLanguages\nFluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and/or knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical skills demonstrated by academic success and professional achievements. \nStrong interest in the work of OECD in promoting international co-operation. \nAbility to plan and conduct research independently. \nGood organisational skills, ability to work effectively on the basis of general instructions, with the capacity to prioritise tasks, often according to tight deadlines. \nProven ability to work in a multicultural and team oriented environment and to adapt to changing working methods and technologies. \nVery good drafting and communication skills. \n Contract Duration\nThe duration of the internship is for a period between one and six months (renewable up to a total of twelve months). Interns are recruited on a rolling basis, allowing applications to be submitted at any time, based on the availability of selected candidates and the needs of OECD hiring teams. Given that the selection process can take up to three months, it is advised to apply well in advance.
