Our goals and ambition have helped us to become one of the emerging leaders in the logistics/importing industry.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise, ensuring all departments have access to accurate and comprehensive customer information.\nProvide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate solutions for their freight and logistics needs, including preparing quotations as required.\nCoordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and tracking information are communicated to customers.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service and managing special requests to build strong client relationships.\nManage daily communications related to assigned accounts, directing customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure swift resolution.\nSending new shipment bookings to customers.\nValidating and confirming all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.\nTrace empty containers and ensure their timely return or apply per diem billing when necessary.\nFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.\nWho you are:\nYou have interest in logistics or related experience/degree (Recent college graduates more than welcome!)\nAround one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role\nYou possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel\nYour strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, you’re customer-oriented and have a good sense of urgency\nAdvanced English level is a must\nWork Schedule:\nGDL Office 7:00AM-4:00PM/8:00AM-5:00PM CST\nPerks & Benefits of OEC Group\nLaw benefits\nAfter successfully completing a standard 90-day probationary period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
