FDA).\nExperience dealing with a high volume of data entry.\nCargowise experience is a plus.\nAbout the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):\nPrepares customs entries for all import shipments to be submitted to and released from U.S. Customs in a timely manner.\nEnsures that all entry packets are properly annotated by using tools such as company profiles, CROSS (Customs Rulings Online Search System), Internet and communicating with the Importer of record.\nCreates invoices for duty and entry charges to be sent to the Billing Department.\nDevelops and maintains customer profiles based on customer’s entry history.\nCoordinates with customers to gather information for entry processing. \nAnswers any Brokerage related inquiries internally and externally.\nWork Schedule\nMiami Office 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST\nComputer Skills\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Office.\nEducation & Experience\nAssociate's degree preferred.\n1-3 years of entry writing experience.\nCustoms Brokerage License and/or CCS Certification preferred.\nSalary\n$50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.\nPerks & Benefits of OEC Group:\nAfter successfully completing and passing a standard 90-day introductory period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
