standards.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLead and direct construction crews, assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety, quality, schedules, and budgets.\n\nOversee and coordinate all construction activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.\n\nImplement and enforce safety procedures, conduct tailgate safety meetings, and addresses hazards, while also training workers on proper construction methods and safety protocols.\n\nMaintain the construction schedule, identify and resolve potential delays, and seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.\n\nMaintain positive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.\n\nManage personnel and equipment resources to optimize project progress.\n\nAssist with pre-project planning, including document preparation and material procurement.\n\nPrepare scopes of work for construction projects, coordinate the bidding process with Supply Chain Management, and supervise pipeline CTB (central tank battery) construction, upgrades, and compressor station rebuilds.\n\nEnsure wellsite construction adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.\n\nPrepare daily progress and cost expenditure reports, review and approve invoices and billings associated with the scope of work and report all safety-related incidents while participating in investigations.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSkills and Competencies\nExcellent time management, school diploma (or GED).\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in the oil and gas industry.\n\nAbility to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and effectively translate them into detailed construction plans, field execution strategies, or maintenance procedures to ensure accurate implementation and compliance with project specifications.\n\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.\n\nAbility to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.\n\nAn acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.\n\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nAbility to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for an extended period of time.\n\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs.\n\nAbility to work overhead for extended periods of time.\n\nAbility to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers.\n\nCapable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions.\n\nAbility to one -arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance.\n\nRegular bending, crouching, pulling, and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.\n\nMust be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.\n\nAbility to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.\n\nWorking environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in the field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.\n\nContinental
