The role will focus on the design and execution of single-well and multi-well oil and gas production facilities, including engineering design and technical analysis, economic evaluation, defining scope of work for contractors, coordination of contractor bid processes, project management and cost tracking of construction activity, and commissioning and operations support.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nDesign and manage execution of single-well and multi-well oil and gas production facilities.\nCollaborate with internal and external parties to design, procure, and install oil and gas handling systems.\nDesign of oil and gas process systems including piping, equipment, materials, instrumentation, and controls.\nEvaluate capacities and constraints of existing equipment and piping systems.\nInterface with technical, managerial, and regulatory personnel in outside organizations and agencies to construct new facilities and/or execute improvements to existing facilities.\nPrepare operating guidelines for facilities.\nDevelop cost estimates and prepare AFEs for facilities projects.\nTrack progress and cost throughout the construction process.\nCollaborate in a team environment to develop assets in the most cost-effective manner.\nReview all expenditures for facilities and infrastructure within a specified area.\nTroubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on equipment and process failures.\nGenerate and/or review engineering documents such as PFDs, PIDs, Material Specifications, BOMs, and Piping Plans.\nSelect, specify, and prepare datasheets and recommendations for new facilities equipment.\nEnsure compliance with government requirements and Company policies.\nEnsure construction compliance and consistency with CLR design and construction documents.\nPlanning and management for project execution (construction and commissioning).\nOther duties as assigned.\nSkills and Competencies\nProficient computer skills.\nCommunicates effectively -
