The Operator will develop lease operator skills including facility operation, day-to-day lease operator tasks and CLR standards. Experience will be used in helping to determine proper operator leveling.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPerforms daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities.\n\nMeasures and records production accurately.\n\nPrepares, maintains, and submits daily reports of oil, gas, and water production.\n\nIdentifies and communicates changes in individual well performance.\n\nConducts production tests using established standard operating procedures.\n\nPerforms minor equipment repairs or communicates the need for corrective maintenance if unable to complete.\n\nWitnesses purchasers, gauges, and tests, ensuring accuracy\n\nEnsures lease site upkeep (fences, signs, weeds, trash, etc.).\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nSkills and Competencies\nCollaborates - Building school diploma or GED.\n\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR\n\nAbility to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location\n\nBasic computer skills.\n\nAbility to work nights and weekends.\n\nAn acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHousing within 50 miles of the assigned area of operation.\n\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nAbility to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for an extended period of time.\n\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs.\n\nAbility to work overhead for extended periods of time.\n\nAbility to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers.\n\nCapable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions.\n\nAbility to one arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance.\n\nRegular bending, crouching, pulling, and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.\n\nMust be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.\n\nAbility to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.\n\nWorking environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in the field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.\n\nContinental
