This role involves performance analysis, strategic planning, A&D evaluation, and reservoir characterization to maximize economic value and recovery.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nConducts decline curve analysis to generate short and long-term production forecasts to support budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.\nDesigns and optimizes well spacing, completions strategies, and field development plans to enhance recovery, maximize economics, and minimize costs.\nEvaluates and makes recommendations on potential acquisitions and divestitures.\nDevelops and maintains type curves and economic analyses for various AOIs.\nProgresses well approvals from concept through executive approval. Communicates trade-offs clearly.\nCollaborates with the Well Performance team to incorporate reservoir simulations, PVT, RTA, and other diagnostic tools into asset-level reservoir characterization.\nContinually progresses the asset’s reserves strategy throughout the year.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSkills and Competencies\nOutstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nProficient computer and data analysis skills.\nGood working knowledge of industry economic software, including ARIES.\nAbility to use production curve analysis (Arps) to forecast reserve recoveries from reservoirs.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize work to meet deadlines.\nEnsures accountability -
