# Cladding/Canning Operator

Cladding/Canning Operator We are looking for a Cladding/Canning Operator (1st shift | 6:00am to 2:30pm) for our Plymouth, MI facility. The Cladding Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient blending, mixing, curing, and screening of clad products on a daily basis. This role is expected to meet or exceed all health, safety, environmental (HSE), quality, delivery, and productivity objectives within the assigned area. The Cladding Operator coordinates and processes work orders in a timely manner, maintains accurate and detailed production records, and proactively identifies, communicates, and resolves issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, and production planning in collaboration with key stakeholders. This position also supports innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to advance world-class processes and product quality.
