In this role you will drive the successful roll-out and continuous improvement of global Learning & Development programs across the Americas. The role combines strong program and project management with regional ownership, ensuring global L&D initiatives are planned, built, launched and measured consistently while reflecting the needs of businesses and employees across North, Central and South America.\nYour Responsibilities:\nRegional L&D Responsibility, Americas - approximately 35%\nOwn the L&D portfolio for the Americas, ensuring consistent access to global programs across countries, sites and business units.\nPartner with regional HR, business leaders and people managers to identify capability priorities and translate them into focused learning solutions.\nClarify the business challenge, target audience, desired behaviors and measures of success before recommending an intervention.\nAdapt global programs to regional, cultural and language needs while preserving enterprise-wide standards, learning outcomes and program intent.\nManage relationships with regional learning vendors and external partners, including scoping, onboarding and quality oversight.\nShare regional insight, learner feedback and emerging needs with the global Leadership & Culture team.\nGlobal L&D Program Project Management - approximately 20%\nLead end-to-end project management of a global L&D program in the Americas.\nAct as the regional point of contact for the global Leadership & Culture team, aligning regional execution with global program standards and timelines.\nTrack milestones, dependencies, proactively escalating risks and resolving issues to keep programs on track.\nProvide clear status reporting and program dashboards to global and regional stakeholders.\nLearning Management System & Program Build - approximately 25%\nConfigure and launch training programs in the LMS, including courses, learning paths, curricula, enrollment rules, assessments and certifications.\nSupport business in upload and manage e-learning content (e.g. SCORM packages), virtual sessions, instructor-led events and blended learning journeys.\nManage enrollments, audience assignments, notifications, reminders and completion tracking for regional and global programs.\nProgram Delivery - approximately 20%\nFacilitate or co-facilitate selected sessions in person and virtually, and coordinate internal and external facilitators.\nEvaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback, stakeholder input, LMS data and evidence of workplace application.\nMaintain high-quality learning assets, program documentation and consistent delivery standards.\nYour Profile:\nRelevant university degree or equivalent professional experience in learning and development, organizational development, human resources, education, business administration or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience managing global or multi-country L&D programs from planning through delivery and evaluation.\nProven experience holding regional responsibility for learning and development, ideally across the Americas.\nHands-on experience working in a Learning Management System to build training programs, learning paths, enrollments and reports.\nExperience with e-learning content and standards (e.g. SCORM) and coordinating with LMS vendors or IT teams.\nExperience translating business needs into practical development solutions in a global, matrixed and multicultural organization.\nLearning Management System administration, configuration and program build.\nRegional ownership and execution of global L&D initiatives.\nInstructional design and blended learning, with the ability to facilitate when required.\nConsulting, needs analysis and translation of business priorities into learning solutions.\nStakeholder and vendor management, influencing and executive-ready communication.\nBusiness fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese an advantage.\nFlexibility to work across time zones and travel within the Americas and internationally as required.\nFor Huntersville facility: In compliance with U.S. Government technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.\nWe offer:\nAside from a dynamic global culture and leading market position, we are proud to offer our employees development opportunities, competitive salary and a robust benefit program ALL available on first day of employment!
