Connect with us!\n We are seeking an experienced Manager, Product & Process Engineering (PPE) to lead our engineering team in supporting high-volume manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing product and process engineering activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing engineering resources, and ensuring technical excellence across production support, tooling, product design changes, and process optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop the Product & Process Engineering team to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.\nProvide strategic direction for engineering activities, including resource planning, departmental objectives, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce waste.\nOversee the design, development, and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes to support production requirements and business growth.\nManage engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are achieved.\nLead capacity planning activities to ensure equipment, tooling, and engineering resources support current and future customer demand.\nReview and approve product and process changes, ensuring technical feasibility, manufacturability, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.\nProvide technical leadership for new product introductions, product modifications, and process validation activities.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to address production issues, quality concerns, and non-conformances.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, efficiency, and overall operational performance.\nEstablish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.\nSupport annual budgeting and capital planning activities, including the identification and justification of equipment, tooling, and process improvement investments\n Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nProven leadership and people management experience.\nStrong project management and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of tooling and die design, GD&T, and manufacturing processes for metals and plastics.\nExperience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.\nComprehensive benefit package \nCompany match Pension Contribution\nOpportunities for Advancement\nAccess to Online Learning\nClimate controlled facility\nOetiker is an equal opportunity employer.\nWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
